What should I get my 13 Year Old Sister for Christmas, She likes construction ?

She is always asking for a construction kit. A Real one. She wants a real hammer and real nails. I want something pre cut and that is easy for small hands. Does anyone know where I can find something like this? I was thinking maybe a bird house, or something practical.
